M-Net Africa celebrated its hit show Tinsel’s 1000th episode on Thursday May 23, at Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos. It was a star-studded event, but for a million reasons, my best dressed of the night was Nollywood actress Ebube Nwagbo. I mean check her out, from her bald hair - the nice make up - the high neck blouse - the white blazer - the pointed pink shoes, gosh....she nailed it. I've never seen anyone who rocked a bald hair so good like this.

Eby please no more Posh, Peruvian, Brazilian, Remy, Indian, Mongolian hairs for you, innugo oh. You are now officially the 'Ambassador for Bald Hair' :) Or what do you think?

Woman Burns Son’s Face And Stabs Him In The Head For Stealing Neighbour's Soup

A 25 year old petty trader has been arrested by police in Ibeju Lekki for allegedly burning her 6 year old son's face for going into their neighbour's home and licking their soup.

Not only did Sakirat Attah burn her son's face with hot iron after the neighbour reported her son to her, she also used a broken bottle to stab young Daniel in the head. This is unbelievable, your own child?

Sakirat took her son into their one room apartment after finding out what he did, locked the door, lit a stove, put an iron spoon on it to get hot and used it to burn his face and hands as punishment. And when that wasn't enough, she broke a bottle and stabbed him in the head, leaving a deep cut. Daniel later told police he stole the soup because he was hungry.

South African TV Star Nonhle Thema In 'Baby Daddy Drama'

South African controversial media personality and former Channel O VJ, Nonhle Thema introduced 24-year-old Arthur Bolton as her baby daddy and fiance when they both appeared in the May issue of Drum Magazine.

Woolwich Terror Attack: Michael Adebowale Saw Friend 'Literally Sliced To Pieces' In 2008 Plus His Mother 'Tried To Prevent Radicalisation'

Michael Adebowale, one of the suspects in the Woolwich murder of Drummer Lee Rigby, saw a friend “literally sliced to pieces” when they were both teenagers.

Lee James, a bare-knuckle fighter who was suffering from a drug-induced psychotic episode, murdered 18-year-old Faridon Alizada in 2008 and also stabbed Adebowale, then 16.
The Old Bailey heard that the youths were members of the "Woolwich Boys" gang.

The judge said that the dead man had been literally cut to pieces in an early morning attack at a flat in Erith, southeast London.

Reports today also say Adebowale's mother sought help from a local mosque because she feared her son was going off the rails after he dropped out of university nine months ago.

Late Chinua Achebe's Body Arrives Nigeria - Photos

The body of late African novelist and literary icon, Prof. Chinua Achebe arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport Abuja, earlier today May 21, where it was received by government officials. 
His body was then flown to Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu aboard a private plane en-route his hometown, Ogidi, Anambra state, where it was received by Achebe's elder brother, Chief Augustine Achebe, other family members and state govt officials. 

He will be buried tomorrow Thursday May 23. May his soul continue to rest in peace....Amen.

Woman Bites Boyfriend’s Penis After He Spurns Her Advances – Gets Arrested

A 19-year-old woman has been accused of biting her boyfriend’s penis after he turned down her sexual advances, it has been claimed.
Krystle Harrison was arrested last week on domestic battery charges following the alleged incident in Bradenton, Florida.

A report obtained by the Smoking Gun narrated that, 24-year-old Jeffrey Wilkinson, and his girlfriend Krystle were in bed. The girl wanted to have sex and began to touch him, Jeffrey informed Krystle several times that he did not want to partake. The girl then grabbed and bit his penis. Choi, na by force, hahaha?

The report went on to claim that Krystle followed Jeffrey, with whom she has a young son, outside their house, slapping him and spitting in his face.
Despite also sustaining scratches to his chest, Jeff said he did not want to press charges nor seek medical treatment.

This is Dr. Chimezie Osigweh, 64-year-old retired school principal who allegedly killed his 78-year-old mother in 2003, dried her remains and hid them inside a large cupboard in a room that served as his private shrine for ten years.
